We are a Community Interest Company delivering bespoke inclusive Sports & Performing Arts activities within the West Yorkshire area. We work in conjunction with local Primary Schools, Youth Development Centres, Nurseries, specialising in SEND provision. Look at our key features below.

Our Ethos:

We are two specialists within our specific genres currently running our own separate successful businesses. Now venturing into a partnership to pool our resources and give back to our community of West Yorkshire, where it all began for us, delivering professional sports & Performing arts activities.

What We Offer:

In today's financial climate we are creating opportunities to give back to our community by:

* Delivering free sessions for Primary Schools.

* Delivering Extra-Curricular Sessions.

* Offering funded places to low-income families.

Our Aims:

Our aim is to offer an inclusive service which offers bespoke tailoring to the needs of the client. We are committed to encourage and develop new skills, attitudes, actions or reactions that in turn, have a positive impact on a child's life and increase their overall well-being. We aim to provide a sense of belonging.

Our Staff:

We pride ourselves on the service we provide and the staff we employ; All our staff are fully qualified and DBS checked. All staff participate in safeguarding and SEND training annually. In addition to this our staff are experienced with working with children of all ages and abilities.

At AR IMPACT, we believe that children are the very essence of the future. Who they are tomorrow is essentially the outcome of how they are raised and nurtured today. As the leading Youth Organization in the West Yorkshire area, we go above and beyond to provide our youth an empowering environment where they can fully embrace their identity and gain all the skills they need to be leaders tomorrow.
